At The Play Room, we aim to create a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience for every child. To achieve this, we have established a set of terms and conditions that are designed not only to protect our facility, but more importantly, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of you and your children. We kindly encourage you to take a few moments to read and become familiar with these terms.
Our main focus is to provide a fun, secure, and welcoming environment for all children. To help maintain the safety and comfort of every visitor, we ask parents and guardians to review the following guidelines carefully.
Party Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit at the time of booking
- All parties run for a duration of 120 minutes.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the party and before the guests arrive.
- A minimum payment equivalent to 12 children is required to book a party at The Play Room.
- Final numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to your party.
- Cancellations are non-refundable.
- Please refer to the party guidelines included in your confirmation email (In this regard, please also check your spam folder to make sure you don’t miss anything).
- Late Arrival Policy: Reservations are held for 15 minutes from the start of your scheduled slot. Late arrivals risk losing their table to walk-in guests. While latecomers can still access the play area if space permits, table availability will no longer be guaranteed.
