All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Peak Time Restrictions
Access during peak times (weekends & holidays) may be restricted depending on membership level.
Access may be affected by opening hours, private events, maintenance, or special sessions.
Liability Waiver
All members must sign a liability waiver form before using the facilities.
Discounts & Benefits
Discounts apply only to listed services and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

General Membership, Additional Terms
- Access limited to off-peak hours (weekdays only)

- Advance booking is required for all visits

- Birthday discount applies to one booking per year only
- Advance booking required for birthday events
- Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered child and adult.
- Each membership allows one check-in per day.
- Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and valid.
- Memberships cannot be used for special events unless explicitly stated.
- Management reserves the right to verify the member’s identity using registered details, contact number, or profile photo at entry.
- Any misuse, barcode/QR sharing, or attempts to gain multiple entries in one day may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.
- All three membership plans are annual and will automatically renew unless cancelled in advance.
